Terms & Conditions

This web site is an online information and communication service provided by Ambient Printing. Please read these terms of use carefully before using this site. Ambient Printing reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these terms of use at any time. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified terms of use. By using this service after we have posted such modifications, alterations or updates, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. Ambient Printing has the right to deny access to anyone at its complete and sole discretion for any reason including for violation of any of these terms of use.

1) Quotations

Custom quotes and estimates are good for 15 days and will be re-quoted after 15 days. Prices calculated and/or posted on this website may change from time to time and are subject to change without any notice. Ambient Printing reserves the right to refuse an order due to errors generated by our web pricing software. In this extremely rare instance of this happening, the customer will be notified immediately and never more than 5 business hours of the following business day.

2) Specifications

All Custom Estimates and Quotations are based on the specifications provided by the client. Ambient Printing will re-quote a job at the time of submission if the job does not agree with the specifications on which the estimate or quote is based. All web based pricing is based on the specifications provided by the client when placing an order. There are no conditions or agreements relating to any order which is not written or not included on this web site and/or written Estimate, Quotation or Invoice.

3) Turnaround time

We offer different turnaround time to choose from.

Standard Service: Orders are shipped in 10 business days after final approval
Express Service: Orders are shipped in 7 business days after final approval
Urgent Service: Orders are shipped in 5 business days after final approval

All turnaround times start with the next business day from the time the client gives final approval of design, not from when the order is first submitted. We ship orders according to the given time frame and if under any circumstance any delays occur, Ambient Printing will inform the client immediately. Ambient Printing would not be responsible for any delays from the courier service. For bulk order turnaround times may vary, depending upon the quantity.

4) Payment Methods

All orders must be paid 100% in advance. We accept all major Credit Cards, Paypal, Wire Transfers and Bank Checks.

Once we receive your payment, your order would be processed. Please note that if you pay using Personal or Business Check, your order may be held for up to 7 to 13 business days after receiving your check to clear it and after then the turnaround time will start. For faster shipping time use Cashier's Checks. Make all checks payable to K & B Partners.

5) Right to Produce

Ambient Printing reserves the right to use its sole discretion in refusing to print anything it deems improper or known to be illegal.

6) Electronic Media and Files

Ambient Printing is not responsible for damage to or accidental loss of any electronic media supplied by the client and makes no warranties as to archiving or maintaining said electronic media and/or printed files or samples. It is the client's responsibility to maintain a copy of the original electronic files, images, data and samples. Ambient Printing has no responsibility for errors on supplied artwork or electronic files or data furnished by the client and is held harmless by the client for any errors on its supplied artwork, electronic files and data. Ambient Printing will produce printed jobs from the client’s supplied artwork, electronic files and data and is not responsible for correctness of the artwork, electronic files and data or color matching. The client understands that each output device, analog or digital, will produce a different result and cannot be compared to the clients own output device or computer monitor. All clients’ files are produced by Ambient Printing utilizing the latest technology and software applications, production digital presses, high quality ink jet wide format printers and high quality offset presses. Ambient Printing will evaluate the client’s digital input and no claims or promises are made about our ability to output jobs submitted in digital format, and no liability is assumed for problems with said files. Any editing or correction required to utilize client-supplied files will be charged at our current rates, but only after approval has been received from the client.

7) Proofs

Customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process. Ambient Printing is not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons:
• Finished product size
• Mis-spelling errors
• Punctuation errors
• Grammatical errors
• Incorrect font usage
• Wrong die cuts or slits
• Incorrect or missing folds
• Graphics orientation or placement

8) Changes

All orders are considered in work and are in process the moment they are received and cannot be changed after 24 hours from the time an order is processed. It is the clients’ responsibility to make the necessary alterations within the given time frame otherwise the order gets processed. Ambient Printing accepts no liability in regards to changes to be made after an order is processed. It is understood that the client has prepared, proofed, and priced their order with Ambient Printing prior to submission and no cancellation or refund can be made.

9) Design Specifications

All design specifications are indicated in the help section of this web site. Files which do not meet these requirements will be rejected. Ambient Printing assumes no responsibility for cutting text or images which exist outside our required safe areas and/or submitted files not set up to specifications for resolution, formatting, fonts not embedded or supplied or any other violation of our specifications. Templates for layout of various items are available at no cost in the help section of this web site. The min. bleed margin required is 1/8". Please check your files before submitting it for printing.

10) Color Accuracy

It is understood that each output device, analog or digital, will produce a different result and cannot be compared to the clients own output device or computer monitor. Because of these differences, a "pleasing color" variation between color proofs, clients output on its own device or appearance on clients computer monitor and the completed job [as determined by generally accepted trade technical methods] is to be expected. When such a variation occurs, it will be considered acceptable performance. For quantities less than 5K a color variation occur due to color settings on printing machines and these color variations up to 9% are accepted. Ambient Printing is not liable for these color variations for quantities less than 5k. Ambient Printing does not guarantee an exact color match to the art work or electronic files submitted. Depending on whether offset or digital printing is ordered, Ambient Printing may convert the color mode to CMYK, RGB, PMS or Hexachrome methods possibly resulting in color shift. Ambient Printing is not responsible for any color shift.

11) Workmanship Guarantee

Ambient Printing guarantees all orders to be free of defects from workmanship. If any order does not match the specifications provided, we will reprint the order if the client returns the defected order within 5 days to Ambient Printing. Ambient Printing guarantees regarding the quality of printed products. In printing Ambient Printing guarantees from 4/4, to 8/4 color printing if there is not any solid color ground on the back side. Ambient Printing also doesn’t guarantee exact color match.

12) Samples

Ambient Printing reserves the right to use client’s product for samples for advertising purposes in addition to posting as electronic samples on this website.

13) Cancellations

All orders are considered in work and in process the moment they are received and cannot be cancelled. It is understood that the client has prepared, proofed, and priced their order with Ambient Printing to submission and no cancellation or changes after 24 hours can be made. If client cancels order within 24hrs, full amount will be refunded back. After 24hours orders cannot be cancelled and there would be No Refund.

14) Shipping Methods

Ambient Printing offers standard shipping and handling with its standard turnaround time for all US orders. Canadian Customers have to pay additional for shipping and handling. Orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS and Speed Post. With our standard turnaround time all orders are shipped via ground. Ambient Printing offers free shipping and handling only for our standard turnaround time. If client needs his/her order earlier he/she will have to notify Ambient Printing before placing order. Ambient Printing reserves the right to delay an order for any reason. Once an order is delayed it will be shipped by Ambient Printing’s own terms and conditions. Ambient Printing is not responsible for delays due to the shipping company and/or damage incurred during shipping and handling. In case of failure to ship orders after five months due to any reason from date of order, will refund 100% of the amount to the customer.

15) All Sales Final

Since each job is custom created for its owner, it can not be reused, resold or exchanged.

16) Claims

Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the client in writing no later than 5 calendar days after delivery. If no such claim is made, Ambient Printing and the client will understand that the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, the client acknowledged Ambient Printing's performance which fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications.


Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority, and we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee regarding printed products. If you receive an order which does not match its original specifications provided, Ambient Printing  will reprint the order. Simply contact Customer Service at either (918) 770-8605 or at to let us know what you will be returning, and we will provide you with our Return Department address. Then package your item and ship via the carrier of your choice.

18) Liability

Ambient Printing‘s liability shall be limited to the stated selling price to the client of any defective goods, and shall in no event include special, consequential, incidental, indirect or similar damages, including without limitation, lost profits. Ambient Printing warrants that every product manufactured by it meets industry standard for any product and is free of any material defect in workmanship flaw. IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED THAT THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR USE AND MERCHANTABILITY. Ambient Printing makes no other warranty and no actions or words of Ambient Printing or its officers, employees or agents shall constitute a warranty.
